Orders ship from our warehouse in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China. Our registered company office is in Appelscha, Netherlands.

United States addresses only. We deliver to all 50 states. For a PO box, a military (APO/FPO) address or a US territory, email us before you order so we can confirm delivery.

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Any sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay. US import duties and carrier clearance fees are not included in our prices. If any apply to your parcel, the carrier collects them from you before delivery.

We email a tracking number when your parcel leaves the warehouse. Enter it on the Track your order page. If you have not had it 2 business days after ordering, write to support@kinetichike.com with your order number.

Yes, as long as it has not shipped. Write to support@kinetichike.com with your order number as soon as you can. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

You pay the return postage, including the label. Returns go to our warehouse in Yiwu, China, so from the US it is an international parcel. The full address is in the returns policy. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, write to us first and we cover it.

Once your return reaches our warehouse, we refund the full order amount to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Email support@kinetichike.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, and you will not be asked to pay to send it back.
