1. Who we are

In short: KineticHike is a brand. The company you buy from is Sales Core B.V.

This website is operated by Sales Core B.V., Het Oldenhof 56, 8426CA Appelscha, Netherlands, company registration number 95115714. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean Sales Core B.V. You can reach us at support@kinetichike.com or +44 7426 462312.

2. Placing an order

In short: Your order is confirmed when we email you an order confirmation.

• You must be 18 or older to order.
• We deliver to addresses in the United States only.
• If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we tell you and refund it in full.
• If a price or description on the site was plainly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

In short: Prices are in US dollars, shipping is free, and you see the total before you pay.

• All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
• Shipping is free on every order.
• Any US sales tax that applies is calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm payment.
• Import duties and fees are explained in section 6 of our Shipping Policy.
• A crossed-out price is a price we previously charged for the same item.
• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

4. Shipping and delivery

In short: Orders ship from China and arrive in 6 to 12 business days.

Orders ship from our warehouse in Yiwu, China. Handling takes 1 to 2 business days and transit takes 5 to 10 business days. Delivery times are estimates. The full details are in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Returns and refunds

In short: 14 days from delivery. You pay the return postage to China. We refund the full order amount.

6. Product information and safe use

In short: A flashlight helps you prepare. It does not replace official warnings or emergency services.

• We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colors can look slightly different on your screen.
• Battery life, charging time and light output vary with temperature, the age of the battery and how the product is used.
• Do not shine the light into anyone's eyes, or at vehicles or aircraft.
• Always follow instructions from local authorities. In an emergency, call 911.
• Read the manual and the battery safety notes before you use a product.

7. Warranty

We do not offer a separate warranty beyond our 14-day return policy. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund you in full, at our cost. The steps are in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded.

8. Our liability

We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, in working condition, and for putting it right under our Returns and Refunds Policy if we do not. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen when you placed your order, or for losses caused by using a product in a way its manual warns against.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit.

9. Your personal information

What we collect when you visit or buy, why, who receives it and what you can ask us to do with it are set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Using this website

The text, images and design of this site belong to Sales Core B.V. or its licensors. You may use the site to browse and to buy for yourself. You may not copy it, resell from it, or interfere with how it works.

11. Governing law and disputes

If something goes wrong, please write to us first at support@kinetichike.com. Most problems are solved there.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, where Sales Core B.V. is registered. This does not take away any protection that the consumer laws of your US state give you, or your right to bring a claim in the courts where you live.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update the effective date at the top of this page. The version in force when you placed your order is the one that applies to that order.
