No scans for a few days?

Your parcel flies from China and clears US customs before a US carrier takes it to your door. It is not scanned while it is in the air, so gaps of a few days are expected.

What each stage means

From order to door

  1. Order secured

    Payment confirmed. Your order is locked in and queued for packing.

  2. Gear prepped

    Picked and packed at our warehouse in Yiwu, China. This takes 1 to 2 business days.

  3. On the trail

    In transit to your US address. Allow 5 to 10 business days. Quiet days between scans are normal.

  4. Delivered

    At your door. Your 14-day return window starts on the delivery date.

While you wait

Be ready when it lands

  1. Charge it to full. Do it the day it arrives, not the day you need it. A full charge takes about 5 to 6 hours over USB-C.
  2. Try all five modes. High, medium, low, strobe and SOS. Hold the button for three seconds to switch off.
  3. Slide the head. Find the flood setting for close work and the spot setting for distance before you need either in the dark.
  4. Store it charged. Top it up every few months and keep it where you would reach for it: by the door, in the glovebox, in the pack.

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return. Returns go to our warehouse in Yiwu, China, and the return postage is at your cost.
