The details

The lights go out. The Wi-Fi dies. Your phone shows 12%.

That is when you need to know what is happening outside, and a way to keep your phone alive until the power comes back. The Condor 1 does both. AM, FM and the NOAA weather band on one dial. A 20,000 mAh power bank inside. Three ways to charge it when every outlet is dead. At 6.69 × 3.34 × 2.75 in, it fits a glovebox, a go-bag or a kitchen drawer.

Hear it: the news that matters, with no signal

  • NOAA weather band: receives all 7 National Weather Service channels (162.400–162.550 MHz), broadcasting forecasts and warnings 24/7.
  • AM and FM: local news and emergency updates when the cell network is down.
  • Telescopic antenna for a clearer signal. 3.5 mm headphone jack to listen without waking the house.

Power it: your phone stays on

  • 20,000 mAh (74 Wh) built-in battery that works as a power bank.
  • USB-C in and out, plus USB-A out: charge 2 devices at once.
  • Use your phone's own cable.

Charge it three ways: grid or no grid

  1. USB-C: the fast way. Keep it topped up at home from any wall, laptop or car charger.
  2. Solar: the panel on top trickle-charges it in direct sun.
  3. Hand crank: when there is no sun and no outlet, crank it by hand.

Solar and crank are your backups when the grid is down, not a fast charge. Keep it charged at home; they stretch that charge further.

Light it: see in the dark

  • 3-beam flashlight: far beam (160 lux) down a path, low beam (600 lux) to flood a room, or both together (680 lux).
  • Reading lamp folds up from the back (100 lux): stand the radio on a table and light a book, a tent or a dinner.
  • Over 100 hours on a full charge, flashlight or reading lamp.

Signal for help

  • 120 dB SOS siren with flashing light at the press of a button.
  • Whistle on the strap, for when there is no battery left.

On the strap: the basics go where the radio goes

Compass · whistle · fire starter · cutting blade, built into the carry strap.

Before you buy

Which weather channels does it receive?

All 7 NOAA weather band channels from the National Weather Service (162.400–162.550 MHz), plus AM and FM. It does not switch on by itself for alerts: tune to a NOAA channel to hear warnings.

How do I keep it charged?

Top it up over USB-C at home. Solar and the hand crank are backups for when the grid is down: they add charge slowly, so a full battery before the storm is what counts.

Can I take it on a plane?

Its 20,000 mAh battery is 74 Wh, under the 100 Wh limit airlines set for carry-on batteries. Pack it in hand luggage, never in checked bags, and check with your airline before you fly.

How long does delivery take?

We ship from Yiwu, China within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 5–10 business days after that, so 6–12 business days in total. Shipping is free. US import duties, if any, are not included. Shipping policy

Can I return it?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Email us first; you pay the return postage to China, and we refund within 10 business days of receiving it. Returns policy

What if it arrives damaged or faulty?

Email support@kinetichike.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement or refund you in full, at our cost.
